Warwick Brookes

Warwick is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

Warwick delights in assisting people to make the right property decisions and avoid being misled and out-negotiated by professional sales agents. He sees Domain Property Advocates as levelling the playing field for prospective purchasers and sellers by offering independent professional advice.

Warwick knows both sides of property negotiation having previously been a selling agent in Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs. This has given him a unique understanding of how the purchase and sale process works from the perspective of the vendor and the purchaser. He has grown in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, and currently lives with his family in the Inner Eastern suburbs. His knowledge of these areas helps him offer his clients a wealth of property knowledge.

Warwick Brookes is a sought after presenter on Property Investment topics, and frequently leads discussion forums for major financial institutions.

Melanie Dennis

Melanie Dennis is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and Officer in Effective Control of our Fairfield office. Melanie is also an REIV Accredited Property Manager.

Melanie is the REIV/The Age Property Manager of the Year 2008/2009.

Melanie oversees our Property Management division which boast a team of full time staff, who manage an extensive portfolio of properties and tradespeople.

Melanie is also the Chairperson of the REIV Property Management Chapter.

David McMillan

David is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and Officer in Effective Control of our Malvern office. David is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

After working in the property industry for many years, David recognised a strong need for a buying service to assist people wishing to purchase property in Melbourne.

David has lived and worked in Melbourne for 25 years as a builder and real estate advocate. He has a thorough knowledge of the city and suburban real estate markets, along with training and proven ability to accurately analyse the market. David has built a strong network of trusted business contacts that help him to achieve outstanding results for Domain clients.

Clients also value David’s ability, as a former Registered Building Contractor, to provide qualified, practical advice on buildings, development projects and renovations.

David is a determined and focused negotiator on behalf of Domain Property Advocates clients. He is relentless in exploring every possible avenue to find a suitable property that will delight his client. David has built an enviable reputation in the real estate marketplace as a trusted professional who commits all his energies towards achieving his client’s goals.

Tori Daile

Tori Daile enjoys the opportunity not only to assist the directors with a variety of tasks but also to help Domain Property Advocates range of clients with their real estate needs.

Caring, determined and fun loving, Tori has a positive outlook on life and treats others with respect. She endeavours to incorporate these attributes into her working day.

Andrea Diaz

Property Manager Andrea Diaz joined Domain Property Advocates to further develop her career with likeminded people. Andrea’s passion for customer service excellence is why she enjoys property management, “I can’t think of another job offering the same level of client interaction on a daily basis” says Andrea.

Solution focused Andrea’s dedication to problem solving is evident; no challenge is too great for this dedicated professional. Along with her experience in residential property management, Andrea has worked for a global developer; which has helped her to understand the challenges faced by different investors.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Andrea has proven academic dedication. Andrea is currently undertaking post graduate studies in Journalism, "So much of my job involves communication - It all helps me communicate with clients, landlords and tenants alike" says Andrea.

A member of the REIV Andrea takes pleasure in attending REIV training, “The REIV really support their members, offering a vast array of worthwhile training. The training truly sets you apart from the rest – its genuine knowledge building” says Andrea.

Outside of work, Andrea spends time with her partner Ben and dog Rusty, and is an avid Collingwood supporter.

Rob Millar

Personable, professional and passionate; Rob brings 25 years of experience as an Auctioneer, Estate Agent and Agency Owner as well as his intimate knowledge of the market to Domain Property Advocates.

Educated in Scotch College, Rob has enjoyed a lifelong affiliation with the inner-east and its residents. He has built long-term relationships with many members of his community from fellow parents from the Kew schools his three children attend to local resident who have enjoyed the record results his talents deliver.

A desire to ensure people achieve optimum results are Rob’s driving force: “It gives me the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.”

In his spare time, Rob can be found kicking goals for a very different type of clientele. As a vice president of the Kew Rovers Junior Football Club, Rob is helping the somewhat shorter stars of tomorrow achieve their dreams.

Meegan Noakes

Meegan loves her role. “Being involved with Domain Property Advocates allows me see a great and diverse range of home styles while meeting many interesting people; and it’s such a wonderful thing to help someone buy, sell or manage their property.”

Prior to commencing her career with Domain Property Advocates Meegan worked in P.A. roles with major Finance and Marketing companies. Meegan also has her agents rep and has previously worked in property management departments.

One of Megan’s passions is ballet.” She is active, energetic and has great empathy for the clients’ personal needs.

Margot Peters

Margot comes to Domain Property Advocates with eleven years experience in city, suburban and country real estate and more specifically, Property Management. Over this time Margot has won company awards for excellence in Property Management.

Margot has completed study in the area of bookkeeping and has begun her Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate Agency Practice). Margot is committed to continual personal and professional growth and has experience as a property owner, tenant and landlord.

Away from the office Margot is a mother of one, has a keen interest in fitness, follows the Hawthorn football club and is developing an interest in baseball.

Nicole Spies

Property Manager Nicole Spies has an impressive array of skills to offer Domain Property Advocates clients. Passionate about her career and those closest to her, Nicole loves working in real estate because of the regular contact with a wide variety of people. She most enjoys going that extra step and helping to make life a little bit easier for Domain Property Advocates property owners and tenants.

A member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Nicole's ability to build strong client relationships is evidenced by the very positive feedback received from Domain Property Advocates valued clients. Nicole’s dedication to Real Estate and Property Management is shown through her desire to further her knowledge by undergoing studies for her full Estate Agents Licence.

Jessica Walther

Jess is the front face of Domain Property Advocates. Having relocated from country Victoria Jess is currently studying Certificate III in Real Estate through the Real Estate Instutitue of Victoria and stives to learn more about property management.

Jess is picking up the skills necessary to move forward at Domain Property Advocates. She is a bright, dedicated and a friendly individual always ready to help clients, customers and team members.

During her free time she enjoys watching football, keeping fit and going home to Mansfield to visit her family.
