Warwick Brookes

Warwick is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

Warwick delights in assisting people to make the right property decisions and avoid being misled and out-negotiated by professional sales agents. He sees Domain Property Advocates as levelling the playing field for prospective purchasers and sellers by offering independent professional advice.

Warwick knows both sides of property negotiation having previously been a selling agent in Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs. This has given him a unique understanding of how the purchase and sale process works from the perspective of the vendor and the purchaser. He has grown in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, and currently lives with his family in the Inner Eastern suburbs. His knowledge of these areas helps him offer his clients a wealth of property knowledge.

Warwick Brookes is a sought after presenter on Property Investment topics, and frequently leads discussion forums for major financial institutions.

Melanie Dennis

Melanie Dennis is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and Officer in Effective Control of our Fairfield office. Melanie is also an REIV Accredited Property Manager.

Melanie is the REIV/The Age Property Manager of the Year 2008/2009.

Melanie oversees our Property Management division which boast a team of full time staff, who manage an extensive portfolio of properties and tradespeople.

Melanie is also the Chairperson of the REIV Property Management Chapter.

David McMillan

David is a Director of Domain Property Advocates and Officer in Effective Control of our Malvern office. David is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

After working in the property industry for many years, David recognised a strong need for a buying service to assist people wishing to purchase property in Melbourne.

David has lived and worked in Melbourne for 25 years as a builder and real estate advocate. He has a thorough knowledge of the city and suburban real estate markets, along with training and proven ability to accurately analyse the market. David has built a strong network of trusted business contacts that help him to achieve outstanding results for Domain clients.

Clients also value David’s ability, as a former Registered Building Contractor, to provide qualified, practical advice on buildings, development projects and renovations.

David is a determined and focused negotiator on behalf of Domain Property Advocates clients. He is relentless in exploring every possible avenue to find a suitable property that will delight his client. David has built an enviable reputation in the real estate marketplace as a trusted professional who commits all his energies towards achieving his client’s goals.

Andrea Diaz

Property Manager Andrea Diaz joined Domain Property Advocates to further develop her career with likeminded people. Andrea’s passion for customer service excellence is why she enjoys property management, “I can’t think of another job offering the same level of client interaction on a daily basis” says Andrea.

Solution focused Andrea’s dedication to problem solving is evident; no challenge is too great for this dedicated professional. Along with her experience in residential property management, Andrea has worked for a global developer; which has helped her to understand the challenges faced by different investors.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Andrea has proven academic dedication. Andrea is currently undertaking post graduate studies in Journalism, "So much of my job involves communication - It all helps me communicate with clients, landlords and tenants alike" says Andrea.

A member of the REIV Andrea takes pleasure in attending REIV training, “The REIV really support their members, offering a vast array of worthwhile training. The training truly sets you apart from the rest – its genuine knowledge building” says Andrea.

Outside of work, Andrea spends time with her partner Ben and dog Rusty, and is an avid Collingwood supporter.

Katherine Fairlie

Our key Administration Support person Katherine Fairlie. Having relocated from Adelaide, and moving from her Marketing background to pursue a career in Real Estate, Katherine has jumped head first into Domain Property Advocates. She is currently training to become a Property Manager.

Katherine will be the friendly face awaiting your visit or call at the Reception desk in our Fairfield office, and will always be willing to go that little bit further to help you with your questions.

Katherine and her partner are very excited to be entering the property market themselves and are planning to develop their own portfolio, which of course Domain Property Advocates will help to buy and manage.

Eve Giuretis

Eve is the newest addition to the team. Studying Year 12 while doing a School Based New Apprenticeship, she is working one day a week with us and completing Certificate II in Office Administration. Once finished school she would like to pursue a career in real estate or interior design.

Eve is picking up the skills necessary to move forward at Domain Property Advocates. She is keen to develop her knowledge and understanding of the industry and is always willing to listen and help with any problems.

Having just turned eighteen, Eve is enjoying her new found freedom. She hopes to travel once completed her studies and is working part time at a clothing store to help save. In her free time she enjoys going to the football to support the Richmond Tigers and spending time with her friends.

Maria Keightley

Maria Keightley loves her role. She says: “Being involved with Domain Property Advocates allows me to see a diverse range of home styles while meeting many interesting people; and it’s such a wonderful thing to help someone find that ideal home or investment property.”

Prior to commencing her career with Domain Property Advocates, Maria worked in senior roles in 5 star hotels. Before she considered working in the real estate industry, Maria purchased several investment properties which she then renovated herself. She has experienced first hand the highs and lows associated with starting out in the real estate investment field, building a portfolio, and choosing just the right investment property for renovating.

One of Maria’s passions is painting large scale oil and acrylic canvases; she has a great sense for colour, space and style. Our clients are delighted by her ability to assist them with interior design and interpreting how a home should “feel”.

Maria uses her tremendous energy and empathy for client’s goals and needs to ensure that people achieve the property of their dreams, every time.

Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee is a Senior Consultant with Domain Property Advocates and is recognised as a leader in the Melbourne real estate industry. Michelle is involved in the Buyer Advocacy and Vendor Advocacy divisions of the business.

Michelle has in-depth knowledge of the Melbourne property market, and is driven to find the right property for every brief. She has developed strong network of industry professionals that team with her to provide the right advice and expertise for clients. Michelle is committed to providing excellent customer service, and ensures that her clients make well informed, strategic property decisions, based on independent professional advice. Her previous experience as a sales agent for a leading Melbourne real estate firm, enables her to speak the agents language, understand their motivation, and work effectively to negotiate property purchases, saving her clients from a process that can be time consuming and frustrating.

Carly Lisle

Carly is the fourth generation of her family to be in real estate. It’s in her blood. Despite beginning her career as a beauty therapist and then managing her own successful Day Spa business, it became obvious that she must follow her genuine interest in property.

Now Carly has experience in both the property management and real estate sales which gives her a view from both sides of the industry.

Carly’s business experience has enabled her to build strong negotiating skills, which she applies passionately on behalf of her clients.

Dianne Lisle

Dianne has been involved with real estate for over 20 years and holds a full Real Estate Licence.

Her experience covers all aspects of real estate - buying, selling, property management and administration in both Melbourne bayside suburbs and the lifestyle areas around the hills and coast which are experiencing strong growth and popularity.

She has a particular interest in bayside having lived, worked and raised a family in the area.

Selecting older homes for renovation in both city and country areas has been an important part of Dianne’s career. She has considerable expertise in this area, having renovated her own properties and also advising investors on the correct strategy to maximise the value of their properties.

This combination of experience and knowledge means she is ideally suited to provide clients with sound, independent and honest advice on real estate matters.

Nicole Spies

Property Manager Nicole Spies has an impressive array of skills to offer Domain Property Advocates clients. Passionate about her career and those closest to her, Nicole loves working in real estate because of the regular contact with a wide variety of people. She most enjoys going that extra step and helping to make life a little bit easier for Domain Property Advocates property owners and tenants.

Gabby White

Gabby White is PA to the Directors at Domain Property Advocates Fairfield office, and enjoys the opportunity not only to assist the directors with a variety of tasks but also to help Domain Property Advocates range of clients with their real estate needs.

Originally from Adelaide, Gabby is now a genuine Melbournian with a family of her own. Having recently overseen the building of her family home Gabby is a strong advocate of loving the space you live in! Gabby previously worked in the travel industry and her abilities were recognised with a Thomas Cook High Achiever Award. Her decade of working in the travel industry coupled with her role as PA has resulted in a profound understanding of the importance of attention to detail and prioritising customers.

Caring, determined and fun loving, Gabby has a positive outlook on life and treats others with respect. She endeavours to incorporate these attributes into her working day.
