Winner of the REIV/The Age Property Manager 2008/2009
In October at the REIV Industry Awards for Excellence held at The Crown Palladium Ball Room, Melanie Dennis (Director at Domain Property Advocates) was pleased to accept the award for Property Manager of the Year. This is an outstanding achievement of which we are very proud. Melanie now goes on to the Nationals next year as the Victorian Property Manager representative.

The Real Estate Institute of Victoria
Melanie Dennis was elected Chairperson to the committee of the Property Management Chapter at The Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 2008.
David McMillan was elected for the second time to the committee of the Buyers Agents Chapter at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 2008.
Australian Achiever Awards 2007
Now into a tenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’ own customers – an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.
Scored 98.94% for customer satisfaction in 2007.

Melanie Dennis became a finalist for Residential Property Manager of the Year.
The Real Estate Institute of Victoria
Melanie Dennis was elected to the committee of The Property Management Chapter at The Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 2007.
Melanie Dennis was elected Chairperson of the Property Management Interest Group in 2007.
David McMillan was elected to the committee of the Buyers Agents Chapter at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 2007.

Became an Accredited Member of The Real Estate Buyers Association of Australia in 2006
The Real Estate Institute of Victoria Accredited Property Managers
Melanie Dennis became an Accredited Property Manager with The Real Estate Institute of Victoria in 2005.
REIV members can achieve accreditation for specialising in various Real Estate fields.
REIV Accredited Members have committed themselves to an extensive and ongoing education and professional development process.
Australian Achiever Awards 2005
The judging process for the 2005 Australian Achiever Awards for Melbourne's Real Estate Services category was completed on 31st August. We scored a highly recommended 98.09% which is an excellent result and shows that our customer service approach is one of the highest standards.
Yarra Leader – Business Award
We were proud to be nominated for the best Real Estate in the City of Yarra through the Leader Newspapers and delighted to take out the category at the awards night this month. Well done team!
